Ken from HHR Roofing Windows & Exteriors definitely went the extra mile for us. We had damage to our roof, windows, gutters & paint that was caused by the hail storm that ravished Highlands Ranch in June 2016. The adjuster that our insurance company sent only inspected the roof and windows for hail damage but didn’t really inspect the gutters and paint that was damaged from the storm.
Ken did a thorough inspection of our entire property to find incremental damage that the adjuster did not note or include in his report. HHR provided an estimate and advised us that in addition to the roof needing to be replaced as well as eight windows, all gutters and several areas of paint also needed to be replaced and/or painted. Ken also was able to upgrade our shingles to an impact-resistant shingle at no additional cost to me which actually saved me an additional 25% with my homeowner’s insurance for having that type of shingle, woohoo! Ken and his team at HHR handled all of the insurance company paperwork as well as all of the supplements that they filed with insurance for the correct allowance in repair or replacement costs.
Ken met with my husband and I to go over a timeline of how and when contractors would be coming to our home to re-roof, replace gutters, windows & paint and I have to say, the outline never deviated from the initial meeting. All crews were courteous and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished with their work. This goes along with me as I am a little OCD when it comes to maintaining a clean yard and maintaining a nice curb appeal from the street.
Because we were so impressed with the level of customer service we were given from Ken and his team at HHR, we decided to replace the balance of our windows to match those that were replaced by damage of the storm. Ken worked very hard to grind the supplier that makes Revere Elite by Berkshire windows to allow us to get an awesome window for weather/climate here in Colorado as well as the being a huge upgrade from the builder-grade windows we got from our builder. Very economical, and efficient and the curb appeal of the windows look absolutely fantastic from the street!
My experience with C.J. and HHR was exceptional. The roof was completed in a professional and timely manner. C.J. explained thoroughly the process, and the roofers had the project completed within eight hours. Amazing!

Unfortunately, our home roof and outbuilding roof were both damaged due to high winds during the summer of 2020 but, thanks to everyone at HHR Exteriors, we now have a new roof! Our contact was Leo and he was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and made us feel like we were his only client. He spent as much time as we needed to learn more about the roofing materials and the replacement process. We also learned that the color of our original shingles was no longer available but Leo was quick to offer a new color, which we like so much better and it instantly changed the curb appeal of our home! Since we have an HOA and we were also working with our insurance company for partial replacement, Leo was instrumental in helping us along the way – and keeping both companies informed of the process. The process was messy but we were informed ahead of time of what to expect when roofing material is replaced – especially on two buildings – but we were very impressed with the amount of time the crew took to ensure the materials were clean from the job site at the end of the construction period. If you are looking for a professional, ethical company to help you with your roof, exterior paint, gutters, or windows, I would highly recommend HHR Exteriors. A+!

HHR exteriors was quick, honest and my new gutter shields work great. I requested a quote for some new gutter shields and within 48 hours, they had sent someone out to take a look a give a quote. Upon receiving a quote, they quickly installed new shields that aren’t noticeable but work extremely well, especially with the recent downpours! I would highly recommend HHR exteriors to anyone looking for updates to their home!

I recently worked with Chris Weaver and the HHR team to replace 23 windows, a patio slider door, two patio swing doors, and a front entry door with sidelight. The old windows were vinyl, and the new windows are Pella proline aluminum clad exterior/wood clad interior. This was a massive whole-house project that had the potential to be extremely stressful - but much to my surprise and relief, HHR made the entire process stress-free and completely painless. Chris was just phenomenal to work with, from the original project scoping meeting to putting together and tweaking estimates, ordering the windows, and following up to make sure I was happy with each stage of the process. The owner of the company Ken and the master window installer James were meticulous in measuring the windows before they were ordered. Together with Chris, they triple checked their work and my style preferences and design selections. Their attention to detail resulted in every window and door being delivered, installed, and trimmed out with zero issues. The whole process from start to finish could not possibly have gone more smoothly. James and his crew were supremely talented, safety oriented, and kind and considerate when working in my home over the course of a week (they were even gracious to work around and through a huge snowstorm). And they had some pretty challenging windows to install in my two story house that sits on a steep grade. Pricing was comparable to other quotes that I received from other companies, one difference was that HHR's pricing was "all-inclusive." I appreciated knowing the full cost of the job, including installation, delivery, and fees beforehand and not having any unexpected costs in the end. I am now working with Chris on another project to paint the exterior of my house. I highly recommend HHR to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, knowledgable, friendly, and skilled team to work on your house. I cannot say enough good things about this company; I'm so happy to have found them.

On June 18, 2018 the front range of Colorado was hit hard by a severe hail storm. We had significant damage to the outside of our home and Tesla solar panels. We were advised by First Creek Lending of Louisville, CO to contact HHR Exteriors. They stated they had excellent experiences with HHR for their clients. I did contact them and immediately realized I was in capable hands with HHR. First, there was a quick response and their representative arrived on time, was professional in every way, did a thorough evaluation and answered all my questions. We ended up needing new panels, garage door, roof, repainting of part of our home, and gutter replacement. The outstanding piece for me with HHR was their incredible patience with my questions, the easy to decifer paperwork, and having the consultant available at a moments notice. There was a lot to negotiate, especially getting the solar panels removed and ordered. Every contractor that worked on our home did an excellent job. When one is put in a position such as we were it's a gift to have someone like HHR support and assist you like they did. It made all the difference for us dealing with the setback and getting through it feeling confident we were in good hands.
HHR Exteriors is simply THE BEST!! We had extensive damage to our home from a hail storm in June, 2020 and from Day #1 HHR Exteriors handled all our problems efficiently and with the greatest amount of professionalism and compassion that anyone can expect. They handled all of our problems and we had quite a few. From new screens in our sunroom, to new windows on the house, a new roof, new garage doors, new gutters and an entire house painting everything was done on time and done right the first time!! All of their contractors were top notch as well as all the quality materials they used to complete the various projects. And I couldn't have asked for better communication throughout the entire project. They literally made this entire process stress free for my wife and I. Any questions or concerns on our part were answered literally within hours, not days! This is an amazing company. They are compationate, considerate, interested in us as people not customers. Our roof leaked and they patched it before that terrible cyclone bomb hit without expecting us to go with their bid, told us if we found a good price to go with it, if not they looked forward to working with us. We didn't find another company that met their standards so if course we called Phil back and they got started a soon as possible. The work they did was beyond our expectation. We couldn't be happier!!!
